Dev Do

Dev is a certified cosmetologist, field expert and licensed cosmetician in the State of Connecticut. Dev is licensed in semi-permanent makeup and received formal training from the Phibrows Academy, one of the industry’s top micro blading institutions.

Dev is both Phibrows and Philash certified. With a background as an aerospace engineer, Dev brings the same level of precision and detail required in jet engines to her work in the beauty industry. Dev works closely with each client to ensure individual goals and expectations are met. Combined with her own professional guidance, she is known for achieving amazing results consistently! Dev believes strongly in education and training and continues to expand on her own training to ensure clients receive the very best and latest in both services and products.
