- Under the age of 18 (permissible with parental consent)
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Severe acne, Keloid scars (Powder Brows only) or active skin cancer in brow area
- Allergic to makeup or tattoo inks
- Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
- Transmittable disease (HIV or Hepatitis)
- Blood clotting disorders
- Hemophilia or healing disorders
- Diabetic
- Anemic
- Undergoing chemotherapy
- Epilepsy
- Actively taking blood thinners, thyroid medication, heart or stroke medication, accurate or steroids.
- Recently gotten Botox, fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments or other cosmetic procedures in the facial area.
Your safety is our priority at Chic Spa. It is recommended that you receive clearance from your health care provider for any other medical issues that you may feel might be a contraindication.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required in order book and confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the final balance of the service selected on the day of treatment. Deposits are not refundable and will automatically be forfeited for the following reasons:
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice.
Rescheduling or cancellation made less than 72 hours of appointment date. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
Being more than 30 minutes late. Appointment will result in a cancellation as this will result in pushing back all other clients appointments for that day.
